We want to "fix" our relational patterns quickly, but it takes time to learn new patterns. It takes about 6 sessions to hit a stride and feel the momentum of what you are working on. Hence, this is my minimum suggested package.
Whatever you need to work on relationally, we outside of abuse, addiction or trauma, bring it.
I also offer support via Telegram for in-between sessions, if that is supportive. Think of it like an audio journal, or a coach in your pocket. You are not alone between sessions.
Sessions are either once a week or every other week at a minimum.
